Warranty Policy for Mobile Accessories

Coverage Period
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty period for mobile accessories purchased from us is one year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered
Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to faulty materials or workmanship.
Product Failures: Including battery issues, connectivity problems (e.g., Bluetooth pairing or instability).

What is Not Covered
Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by dropping, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual performance decline or cosmetic damage.
Loss or Theft: Accessories that are lost or stolen.

Claim Process
Proof of Purchase: The invoice is required to file a warranty claim.
Evaluation and Response: Warranty claims will be evaluated, and a response will be provided within 7 days.

Warranty Resolution
Replacement with a new product of the same type if available.
If unavailable, the customer may choose:
A cash refund.
Replacement with a different product (price differences will be settled).

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole warranty, and no other expressed or implied warranties (including merchantability) are acknowledged.

Special Conditions
Smart Watches: Damage caused by not following usage instructions is not covered.
Bluetooth Headsets and Speakers: Sound quality issues caused by improper usage or connection to incompatible devices are excluded.
