4. ORDER & DELIVERY

4.1 Placing Orders

As a Registered or Guest User, you may order and purchase Products. You agree to pay the full amount for the Products as indicated during the order process. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.

4.2 Order Acknowledgment

Once you place an order on the Al Nasser Online Shopping Store, we will send you an order acknowledgment email outlining the details of your order. This email is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order and does not grant any rights or impose any obligations on us.

4.3 Order Confirmation

The order confirmation stage shows your final order details. Order completion occurs upon dispatch of the Products if you have paid by card, subject to receiving full payment. We may not retain order details for you to access later. Contact us for specific details of your previous orders.

4.4 Pricing and Transmission Errors

We may encounter errors in pricing or transmission during the order process. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues and have full discretion in determining the appropriate resolution. Due to shipment and delivery processes, any amendments must be submitted before the delivery dispatch. Products are only delivered within Kuwait.

4.8 Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your goods within the delivery window you selected when placing your order, but we do not guarantee that goods will be delivered on or by a certain date. Al Nasser will not be held liable for delivering the goods outside of the requested delivery slot or for failing to deliver all or any of the goods in your order.

4.9 Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE for all orders within Kuwait.

4.10 Delivery Address

We can only deliver to an address stored in your address book in your account on the Al Nasser Online Shopping Website. If your delivery address is incorrect or if no one is present at the designated address to receive the delivery, you are responsible for the redelivery charges to the correct address.

4.11 Delivery Completion

Upon the successful delivery of the order to the designated address, we shall be exempt from any further liabilities related to the delivery. The order is deemed delivered once you or any person at the designated address receives it, or when it is placed in your delivery box or any other designated location.

5.4 Responsibility for Transactions

Responsibility for verifying the Customer and Customer's Card Information and authorizing the transaction lies with the respective payment gateway and/or issuer bank. Al Nasser is not liable for any losses due to fraudulent transactions.

5.5 Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage and title to Products pass to you upon delivery at the confirmed address or on the date of first attempted delivery, subject to us having received full payment.

6. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Warranty will be provided for certain purchased products (based on the terms mentioned in the product descriptions in each case) against defects that occur after purchase. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design, and workmanship.

Warranty obligations are limited to repair of the defective product, replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to the market price of the product itself (such decision at Al Nasser discretion).
