It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you use the Website. Your continued access or use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Order & Delivery

Order

Placing Orders: As a Registered or Guest User, you may order and purchase Products. You agree to pay the full amount for the Products, including delivery and installation costs, as indicated during the order process. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.

Order Acknowledgment: Once you place an order on the Al Nasser Online Shopping Store, we will send you an order acknowledgment email outlining the details of your order. This email is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order and does not grant any rights or impose any obligations on us.

Order Confirmation: The order confirmation stage shows your final order details. Order completion occurs upon dispatch of the Products if you have paid by card, subject to receiving full payment. We may not retain order details for you to access later. Contact us for specific details of your previous orders.

Pricing and Transmission Errors: We may encounter errors in pricing or transmission during the order process. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues and have full discretion in determining the appropriate resolution.

Minimum Order Value: There is a minimum order value, which may change from time to time. In addition to the price of goods, you will also be required to pay a delivery charge as shown at checkout.

Weight and Volume Discrepancies: If the products in your order are of different weights or volumes than requested, you will only be charged for the actual weight or volume of the items delivered to you.

Order Amendments and Cancellations: To cancel or amend your order, contact the Al Nasser customer support unit. Due to shipment and delivery processes, any amendments must be submitted before the delivery dispatch. We reserve the right to impose additional charges if your cancellation or amendment results in extra costs.

Customer Support: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Al Nasser customer support unit. All refunds will be subject to Al Nasser's discretion.

Delivery

Products are only delivered within Kuwait.

We aim to deliver your goods within the delivery window you selected when placing your order, but we do not guarantee that goods will be delivered on or by a certain date. Al Nasser will not be held liable for delivering the goods outside of the requested delivery slot or for failing to deliver all or any of the goods in your order.

We can only deliver to an address stored in your address book in your account on the Al Nasser Online Shopping Website.

If your delivery address is incorrect or if no one is present at the designated address to receive the delivery, you are responsible for the redelivery charges to the correct address.

Upon the successful delivery of the order to the designated address, we shall be exempt from any further liabilities related to the delivery. The order is deemed delivered once you or any person at the designated address receives it, or when it is placed in your delivery box or any other designated location.

Payments

Payment Process: We receive payment from your credit or debit card ("Card") at the time we receive your order, after we have checked your Card details. Products are supplied subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Card Security: To ensure the highest level of card security, we may direct you to secure payment gateways such as KNET, MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MIGS), and TAP Payments. These gateways are equipped with advanced security protocols to protect your information. During the payment process, you may be required to enter your Card details, which are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, we may validate your information against third-party databases to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. You consent to these checks, which will not affect your credit rating. All information is treated securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Responsibility for Transactions: Responsibility for verifying the Customer and Customer's Card Information and authorizing the transaction lies with the respective payment gateway and/or issuer bank. Al Nasser is not liable for any losses due to fraudulent transactions.

Payment Methods: Payment can be made by any method specified on the Website, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, KNET, TAP Payment, online store credit, and eGift cards. All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include taxes (if applicable) at the current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Error Handling: The price you pay is the price displayed on the Website at the time we receive your order, with exceptions for errors. If we discover an error, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage and title to Products pass to you upon delivery at the confirmed address or on the date of first attempted delivery, subject to us having received full payment.

Online Promotions

Online discount and promotional sales apply to Products designated as such on the Website. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the product page or during checkout.

eGift Cards

eGift Cards ("Gift Cards") can only be used on the Website and not at Al Nasser or Nasser Sports Centre stores.

eGift Cards are delivered only to the email address provided during the order process.

All eGift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

To use or redeem an eGift Card, you must register a new account or sign in to an existing one.

eGift Cards can be used as a payment method on the Website, except for purchasing additional eGift Cards.

eGift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any remaining balance on an expired eGift Card will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to redeem the balance before expiry.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to comply with the latest Kuwaiti consumer protection laws to ensure a fair and transparent return and exchange process for all our customers.

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Products will only be refunded or exchanged for the amount originally paid.

Exceptions

Specific exceptions This includes jewelry, watches, glasses, evening clothes, wedding clothes, and items that come into contact with the skin (swimwear, underwear ...), and perfumes.

Sports, Equipment, Swimming Pools and products installed by our Delivery Team cannot be returned, refunded and/or exchanged unless there is any manufacturing defect.

Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, books greeting cards and gift cards and other time-sensitive products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Digital products such as e-books, e-newspapers, downloadable software cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Al Nasser reserves the right to determine whether to issue a refund or exchange at its discretion.

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, minus any applied discounts or promotions, and any shipping fees incurred.

In the case of partial returns, the original discount/promotion will be recalculated for the remaining items, and any excess amount will be refunded.

Replacement items are not eligible for the original promotion code. You can either create a new order using the code or pay the difference between the refunded amount and the replacement item's price.

Return Procedure

You can return items through the Al Nasser online website (potentially for a fee) or free of charge at any Al Nasser store location.

Refund Methods

KNET and Credit/debit card refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Online Store Credit will be issued immediately upon receiving the returned item.

Order cancellation refunds will be based on your chosen method (KNET or online store credit) and the terms outlined above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank statement and credit card company for processing times.

Contact Al Nasser customer service if you haven't received your refund after a reasonable waiting period.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in all materials on the Website belong to us or our licensors. You are only permitted to use this material as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.

Product names, trade names, service names, taglines, or logos ("Marks") are trademarks owned by or licensed to Al Nasser. You may not use any Marks without our prior written consent, except to identify Products or Services originating from Al Nasser.

The Website material and content are available for your personal non-commercial use only. You may download such material only for using the Website. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of such material and content.

The Website may provide a way for Registered Users to post reviews, comments, questions, suggestions, or other information ("User Content"). Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty will be provided for certain purchased products (based on the terms mentioned in the product descriptions in each case) against defects that occur after purchase. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design, and workmanship.

Warranty obligations are limited to repair of the defective product, replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to the market price of the product itself (such decision at Al Nasser discretion).

Not all products are covered by the warranty. Always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
