Khaleeji 27 has come to a close. For two weeks, from 23 September to 6 October 2026, Jeddah brought the Gulf together around football, with full stands, passionate fans and teams who gave everything on the pitch.

The final
Saudi Arabia beat the United Arab Emirates 2–0 in the final at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium on 6 October 2026, with early goals from Hammam Al-Hammami and Firas Al-Buraikan, in front of 62,827 fans. It is Saudi Arabia's fourth Gulf Cup title, level with Iraq and behind Kuwait, the record ten-time champions.
The road to the final
In the semi-finals on 3 October, Saudi Arabia edged Qatar 3–2 on penalties after a goalless draw, and the UAE beat Oman 1–0.
